CHRIS SELLERS brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry to Motor City Industrial Marketing. With a passion for building strong relationships and solving problems with win-win solutions, Chris is committed to helping customers succeed through thoughtful, practical, and results-driven strategies.
A true jack-of-all-trades, Chris has not only led teams and projects in industrial manufacturing but also owned and operated his own successful cabinetry business. He’s as comfortable on the shop floor as he is behind the grill—or under the hood—always ready to take on a challenge. Currently, he’s even building his own home from the ground up.
Outside of work, Chris and his wife Jessica—married since 2009—prioritize their faith and family life. Together, they homeschool their four children and enjoy spending time outdoors, gardening, and hosting gatherings at their home. Chris is also known for his legendary skills on the smoker—his ribs and pulled pork are always the first to disappear.
Whether he's helping a client streamline operations or smoking a brisket for friends, Chris brings the same heart, work ethic, and problem-solving mindset to everything he does.

NEALE HICKS is a Michigan native who has spent his career working in the manufacturing industry, building strong relationships with customers and partners throughout the region. With more than 15 years of experience in industrial tooling and machining applications, he has developed a deep understanding of the manufacturing environment and enjoys helping companies find practical solutions that improve performance and efficiency.
Outside of work, Neale’s greatest focus is his family. He and his wife, Michelle Hicks, live in Chesterfield, Michigan, and stay busy raising their three children — Charlie, Emma, and Troy.
Much of Neale’s free time is spent outdoors or supporting his kids’ activities, especially coaching travel softball, which he enjoys as a way to give back and help young athletes grow both on and off the field.
When he’s not at the ball field, Neale enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.
Whether at work or at home, he values relationships, hard work, and being part of a strong community.
